2.3 Handling, Storing, and Retaining Records

All donor entries are timestamped automatically in Supabase. You can:

• Export by date range for impact reports

• Group by recurring amount to profile behaviour

• Set up auto-deletion logic (e.g., 24 months inactive)

Always respect the right to:

• View data

• Withdraw consent

• Be forgotten

If a donor requests removal, delete by email or token from the donations table.
