📉 Only collect what you need. The old saying of less is more applies here, start small and work your way to a more complicated data set.

Stick to:

  • name_first

  • email_address

  • amount_gross

Avoid sensitive data like ID numbers, contact numbers, or card info. Pappr’s design is lightweight by default - focusing only on behaviourally meaningful fields.

This reduces your POPIA risk, simplifies reporting, and improves donor trust.
