4.2 Export Safely for Offline Teams

Export donor data as CSV or JSON - but remember:

• Use donor tokens, not emails, in shared reports (remember we'll setup your tokenisation in your donor-specific sandbox)

• Clean files of duplicates or test entries before publishing

• Apply password protection to Excel sheets

This ensures privacy and trust even when sharing offline.
